>>1527853I would keep that line, the hair doesn't really seem to be really uniform braids, well i don't really perceive it that way to get an idea of how it is layered i made some solid colour shapes and then drew some lines on it to sort of get how the hair weaves in and out, im not saying that this is how it should be exactly it is just how i see it hope it gives you some ideas on what to do.
