I remember back in summer of '89, my late father told me that it was better to hit Stop and Fastforward rather than merely Fastforward. Having the VCR read the tape while fastforwarding or rewinding can potentially deteriorate VHS tapes. So keep that in mind. When you reach the OP or ED, hit Stop and Fastforward (90 seconds) on your tape player. I'm assuming you're attempting for some reason to watch the show on VHS since there is no way you'd have this kind of question when using a modern format like stream, dvd, or video file.
