>>1366138make sure you have the right version of foobar installed, and make a new folder in your foobar2000 directory to store all your themes. there may already be a folder there for skins/themes.
also make sure you have the right components, like foo_ui_columns, panel splitters, and anything else that skin may rely on. go to file>display, drop the menu down to columns ui. from there the left menu should have columnsui under display, click on it and then you should just need to press IMPORT under FCL on the right and find the foo_ncmpcpp.fcl file.
Dont forget to install any fonts you may need too.
