1. Wrong font, this isn't that difficult to amend, just fix it in your css.
2. Same as above, wrong font, you could also benefit from resizing some of them too.
3. Names are in bold, you can fix this in either your css or within your forks settings.
4. Reply icon isn't properly aligned, I'm going to assume it was added through css and that you should fix it there too.
5. Poor font rendering, this is the largest issue, but it only seems to exist in firefox, meaning you just need to fix how firefox handles font rendering, you can do this in a few ways but I've found the best method is to disable 'gfx.direct2d.disabled' in the about:config, restart firefox after having done this, if your font rendering isn't any better you might want to also disable hardware acceleration, which is under the Advanced Options tab in the options.
6. I suppose this isn't a big complaint but it's very possible to make sure that captchas blend in the reply box, you can do it with css or if you use appchan I'm sure you can enable it somewhere (it might come as a default though, I'm unsure.)
