Probably a picture ripped from from a 1990's vcr, from a shitty crt screen that still had two individual knobs for singles and doubles, all taken on a polaroid camera that someone dunked into a bathtub during the shot, and pissed in the tub during development.
Oh well. Maybe it's too much to ask for a full on reboot, original author.
