Looking for a clean render of the girl on the right and to remove the foreground water drop under her ear, the rest of the drops actually on her skin are fine to stay.
If you could fix the popsicle stick behind the hair that would be cool too but it's probably fine if you just cut it off at the hairline blocking it as well.
