In 4chan a bump gets the thread back to page 1 (unless you are saging) and there's a threadly limit of bumps (check the numbers at the bottom right), so after a certain number of posts threads inevitably fall to page 10 and off the board (to avoid eternal threads). You can't bump posts. You are just re-requesting. And re-requesting more than once in the same thread can be seen as annoying.
What you are requesting is a little complex, so don't be surprised people is not replying immediately. But keep trying. I've seen some really complex requests getting eventually fulfilled after several threads of re-requesting.
