Main things you wanna fix are the eyes, her breast line that wasn't masked and her navel that's missing. Don't forget to export your png with a transparent background.
I'd also fix the coloring. I've left some colored circles you can use to pick from for your palette. Color picking directly from the template your are using for your lines won't always give the best result. You want to pick from an image that has very normal colors/ isn't affected by abnormal lighting like night time or sunset for example. The reason for that is that it might be fitting in the context of the original image but you are cutting the character out of it and potentially, you or someone else making a wallpaper, will be putting it into a new setting. Try finding official art that has good colors or even fanart can do.
