Maybe something like this would get close?
Also, the original suggests that the bg at the left sides becomes red like in the gradient I used, if you just want it to stay the same pinkish white color from the right side then you can do the same by filling a layer with that color adding noise, fading out the noise by about 50% and then blurring the whole layer.
