In your wallpaper, the "faces" are showing. You could also argue that a "face" is showing in this wallpaper as well, but any reasonable person would just understand what is meant by the original text.
At the end of the day, however, defining a powerlevel wallpaper is sort of like defining obscenity. Difficult to do, but as United States Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart stated it so famously, "I know it when I see it." Just look at
