>>2151816I can help you with that. Frustrated by the lack of a 1.5 pixel brush, I found a workaround.
Draw with 1 px brush on a new layer. Gaussian blur that layer by a fraction of a pixel. Better to underblur than overblur. You'll see why. Can always be increased later on.
Duplicate new layer and keep stacking copies. Line will gradually appear to thicken. In shown example, copies were set to 'multiply', which darkens the line. 'Normal' leaves the color alone; just takes more copies to have a visible effect.
If still too thin, combine layers and add more blur. You get better with practice.
2 px line shown for comparison. Combined line has softer edges and is less jaggy.
