>>1385246Here, i only made this because i also wanted a wallpaper like this, its not perfect because i started the hair using sharp stroke style but then i noticed that the image has no "spikes" like that so i just continued it like that and did the rest of the vector using more flattened strikes i dont know how to set the background so i just made it plan blue like in the original picture.
Also, i dont have good eye so i used different shadow colors for the uniform instead of the same one, still looks good for me
