Also, your line consistency needs work. Especially the ears.
Red circles show places where errors are most prominent. Blue are line examples of where you'd only need 4-noded fills to make lines (save the chin/cheek line, which should be a three-point due to the taper, but I digress.
Overall: it need a lot of work. Take your time, adjust your lines for smoothness, and it'll look a lot better...
