>>1663007Yes it is better. A lot of the kinks are now gone, but there are still some issues. Again, the hair could use more bending in general, especially the hair close to the back. More playing with handles will help.
For the other issues, I decided to highlight them. For the top eyebrows, you don't want them to be solid, and you can see from the original that they have some color inside. You want to instead create the eyebrow as one whole shape (you can cut the parts later to hide it under the hair) and either offset path or edit a stroke to the length you want.
For the bottom eyebrows, I personally chose to make them consistent, so I only made the one on the right and copy pasted to the other side. Personal preference there, but the difference throws me off too much not to change it.
For the eyes, you almost never want them to have a sharp block edge like you have. You will want to shape the eyes with single point sharp ends similar to the hair. Also, when you get to the iris, use the ellipse tool.
Last major thing is the necklace. Again you aren't going to want to fill it all as one color, as it has lines and a inner color like the eyebrows. Also, you want to show that the necklace goes over the shoulder line instead of melding in with it.
I also drew the breasts to show some emphasis that they are getting smushed for you to look at.
