You have a lot of blunt ends - you might want to learn how to use the fill technique better.
Line consistency needs work. Remember uniformity is not the same as consistent. You want things to be close to the same thickness if possible, but having it slightly off gives it character, while too much just looks sloppy.
Go through it, check your bezier levers for being parallel, and make the lines more consistent to type of object (hair one thickness, skin another, sweater even another, etc.) but make them consistent within each object.
Here is what I did on stream - As you can see, it's not 100% uniform, but the frills are consistent to the frills, the dress to the dress, the shirt to the shirt, skin, hair, etc..
Take a bit more time with this, have patience, learn where you made the mistakes and fix them - that's the beauty of vectoring - you CAN fix any fubars you have!
