Try re-reading the documentation. Its really not that difficult, your start menu is removed and replaced with a customizable menu that you can use by pressing the windows key or right clicking on your desktop.
also, pretty interested in that WM that was mentioned in the last thread - if it can support widgets like awesome it would be cool, but yes as someone mentioned tray icons would be good too... although if i could use it alongside bblean it wouldn't be necessary.
