>>1516076There's a programs called Taskbar Tray Icon Changer (or something similar) from door2windows, google on it, does most of the work. You can also find your tray icons in more tricky system resources, but I doubt you're willing to walk the walk. There are also a lot of similarly useful-to-beginners apps there, take a look around.
The clock and notification fonts/colors can be changed easily with Vista / Win7 Style Builder, it's found under Taskbar & Tray -> Tray -> Basic -> Clock, or somewhere like that, but frankly you can search for clock once your VS is open.
bblean is about as comfortable as the native GUI, but a lot more easy to customize, and slimmer than anything you can get out of your taskbar.
