The miko's I did a outline separation (well best I could) overlaid it and then smartbured it to death to attempt to kill the banding. Applied multiply on the separated lines. A chunk of windows reimu's hair was included since I was unwilling to spend 30min cutting it off the layer. This one I downsized in 2 steps to allow me to crisp up things a bit more yet continue to have a final resize pass to smooth things a bit.
