>>1535013You have a good amount of issues with the blurs, both in the sense that they bleed onto other parts of the vector and the blurs on the body, helmet, and hair all have space between the black lines. If you used the tutorial in the OP, then it should teach you about clipping objects.
What you want to do is extend the blur lines farther out past the black line or into it a little (whichever eliminates that space between the line and the blur). Moving the lines out and extending that blur eliminates that white space between the blur and the line. This will cause them to blur onto other objects, but then you clip it so it doesn't go past the black line. Doing that will eliminate both issues at once.
Everything in red is where I noticed bleeding or space between the lines.
Besides that, the only other thing that looks weird to me is that the nose looks a little fat, but I haven't seen the original, so I am unaware of how it looks. It's good to see how much it has improved and that you have been following the advice. It is kind of rare for people to post with lots of improvements from their original.
