if you went with default shell then also get 7+ taskbar tweaker
AHK for tiling if you want it or to remove the titlebar and borders for all windows
have a look at alternative window managers to see if one of them suits you
install stylish and tampermonkey for firefox and get 4chanx + custom css scripts for 4chan, ui etc
if you insist on wasting ram with chrome then look for alternatives you can use for these
i use a few other programs such as tclock for a more customisable taskbar clock
get a pape and custom fonts (if not included with theme) and ur done
