There's a weather application on the market that shows the weather in your notification bar.
If you're gonna use the same layout for a /w/-related wallpaper, I recommend getting a darker wallpaper and getting rid of the circle on the first page. You may even have to readjust the clock position to be a little bit higher, or to be in a corner or something like that. Here, something like this would work well for you. To be honest though that wallpaper setup isn't that bad, even if it's not /w/ related.
