I have a question for the more experienced among us.
Right now I've started to use extensive clipping masks and blur effects to recreate that smooth color transition from different shades of the same color.
However I'm running into the fact that instead of the usual 2 tone shading I'm using about 20x more layers along with clipping masks to get the right colors.
My question is how do you guys usually break down the different shades so it looks nice but not so complex that its over bearing.
Pic related its my progress and sort of what I'm talking about.
