As for the debloating guide that will vary between phones, carriers, and personal opinions on what is and is not bloat. Its not necessary for most, but if you really want to get rid of some bloat you need to root your phone, install something like titanium backup then google search a debloat guide for your specific phone to make sure you don't remove any crucial apps.
