If you mean performance wise, negligble, assuming what you rice, but really I have no clue. If you're only changing the style and running a couple non-intrusive AHK scripts and whatnot you should be fine.

I wouldn't run something like bug.n (an odd tiling WM for Explorer) while gaming nor will I run CenterTaskbar to give you an idea.
