I just dived into the world of vectoring today for the first time, and I'm attempting to do Babu from Sankarea laying on a pillow for my first picture.
If someone could quickly vector him, his bandages, and pillow, I would greatly appreciate it (pic related). I want to compare it to mine when I finish it, so I know what to improve on.

I've heard that you should save the vector file as a photoshop and save it as a png on photoshop, is that true? Is it completely necessary for the best quality possible? Can you resize a vector in adobe illustrator? Or do you have to do it in photoshop?
