I'd zoom out the wallpaper a bit to give extra space for icons. Or maybe put a banner in and remove the dock or make the dock the same as the background.
Change the clock, clock cant be on waifu. White is a bit too light for that wall. Acutally I'd put a clock on that lemon. Install zooper pro, play with it.
Icons need to change. Stock is ugly.
I can write this in polish with more detail and help if you want to.
