The layout itself didn't take that long. It's based on my desktop so it was pretty easy.
The thing that took the longest was improving it. I've had this setup since end 2012 and have been improving from then on.

It essentially stayed the same throughout the years. I tried going away from it and starting something different, but I keep returning back.
