maybe not the right place to ask but if I loved the original series and End of Evangelion and am generally a purist, should I watch the remake for completeness or am I guaranteed to hate it for being widescreen/flashy big-budget visuals/wtf they added a new child/four movies instead of 26 episodes or should I still watch it even though I'll hate most of the things about it?
