BLUE near elbow: Transition point - should be a lot thicker and smoother
RED are things that need be addressed that are subtle - the best example is the ears. Even if they are like this in the image, nature doesn't work that way with the way it is - cartilage wrapped in skin is always going to be blunted, even if it is a fine blunt. ultra-thin ears liek a cat can get away with it, because they are basically think skin on super-thin cartilage. Elf/human ears are a lot thicker. You can tell by the whorls that lead to the ear canal.
Another point is how you terminate the hair. Thise "extensions" of one line look off and a bit sloppy - usually this is from an artist that mis-judges the length of the lines when sketching it out and either forgets to fix it in inking, or has another inker that just follows the lines (usually an assistant that has little to no training, or lacking time to fix it...)
