Pictures look "static" and uninteresting when perfectly balanced.
A good rule-of-thumb is to put the center of interest about a third of the way in from an edge.
I have neither a render of the girl nor a copy of the background, so I faked it.
I also think her hair still has a green tint and is a bit too similar to the bikini color. Highlights should be more bluish, reflecting the color of the sky.
