RED: Inconsistencies, such as line evenness, similar consistencies with type of line (hair lines as opposed to skin lines or even clothing lines).
The arrows point to how the errors should look, to keep consistency.
BLUE: things that look odd and need to be fixed badly - biggest example is her eyebrow. You fillow the lines and you can tell it's not going to join up to the rest of the eyebrow smoothly (only as a straight line) and looks outright wrong because of it. The other example is the eyelid line behind the hair. that looks like a mutant blob instead of a coherent shape.
I would fix the chunk taken out of her eye - it really doesn't match with "eye glisten or reflected light in the least.
YELLOW: Oddity that bugs me, but I can't put my finger on why...
Overall, it really is good, but as they say,the devil is in the details...
