Now I see why some prefer Apex to Nova. Turns out some widgets have a 0.5 padding on the margins, so even if you have margins set to none it still won't be flush with top or sides, just flush with one or the other. But some widgets (like the 1x1 1Weather I'm using) have the option to "disable padding" when you long press. But not my UCCW.
