The big highlight on her right leg can be drawn with an angled square, with the outer nodes at 0% opacity and the main white color on the inside. You would then add more nodes to extend the inner color if need be, and adjust the farther out nodes to be more shaped like a sharp point.
The other highlights on her left though are fairly similar, and some are even closer to a square, which is convenient. The one that is shaped closer to an arrow would require a special shape that you would hope would work. Those should basically give you an idea of how you can tackle the other areas such as the skirt.
Here is an example where I was able to create a couple non-square shapes that thankfully worked in my favor.
