Make a new preset. Add a vertical splitter as your base. Tier as shown or as desired: Item details, NG Playlist, Channel spectrum panel. Once displayed you can right click and configure them via the panel directly on foobar or within the layout options there via the "configure" button if it highlights. Right clicking the item in the layout tier also gives you the option to "move up/down" so you can tier it as you desire. Make sure you hide captions and lock them, just in case. You can move the seekbar this way as well. Its a lot more complicated with ncmpcpp_mod cause of the java scripts and WSH panel mod, but slimfoo is a good base to customize since its very basic.
