>>1807915There are a number of odd errors in the image. You have many sharp points in the middle of many smooth areas, such as throughout the hair, the dress, and the hands. I think you are following the original too closely and keeping in some obvious errors that are not translating well in a vector format. The white lines below the neck follow the same issue, and are inconsistent in the middle versus being relatively smooth on the outer ends.
Many of the hair tips are drawn fairly poorly. You need to look for direction in your hair. Every tip needs to be bending in a certain direction, so as to show flow. There also has to be a large emphasis of the handles at the tips to shape that for you. Unfortunately, many of your areas are very dull and flat, and some are too fat and rounded with too many nodes. You also have a couple areas of color peeking. Place a high contrasting color as your background to help you find errors like that.
If you post the original, I can show you what I mean in a couple areas.
Also, exporting at higher resolutions is very easy. All you have to do is change the PPI/DPI of the image in the export window. Usually 300 PPI/DPI is good enough. You don't have to necessarily change the resolution of the image manually.
