1. Keep the fonts consistent
Music player clashes with clock. I suggest a sans-serif font. (I'm using Kozuka Gothic Pro in my mockup.) On the music player, the font should be white to match the clock and controls too.
2. Stick to one color
For me, the use of a single colour is what makes the Windows Phone look so great. Different shades count as a different colour, so the pink doesn't work.
3. Keep the margins consistent.
Clock and music player shouldn't go all the way to the edge. There should be a margin at the bottom where the icons are as well.
4. Make the icons bigger
Those icons are too small for the tiles you've put them in. At least double their current size please.
5. Make Stocking fill more space
This is probably me being picky, but there's a whole bunch of blank tiles on the left and it looks hideous. Move her over to the right or get another render.
Except for filling more blank space, all the suggestions above are illustrated in my mockup, so you can use that as a guide.
