Red: I'm sure you're aware of that, but you can remove strokes behind the hair to make it look better. Especially since colors don't match.
Blue: Highlight lightly overlaps behind the stroke, I don't know if it's intended or not but it seems weird to me.
Green: the nose looks quite weird. Maybe smoothing the stroke would make it look more natural or something.
Yellow: eye doesn't connect to the bottom, there's a bit of a gap.
Pink: are strokes supposed to cross like that?
Otherwise I think it looks good. You might want to wait for answers from more experienced people though.
