>>1609571>use the pen toolYep, he's right. The pen tool is pretty much the best thing you could use for rendering because it's got AA, plus an option to feather the selection. Also, try putting an inner glow that suits your render. These two usually do the job, but don't hesitate to use the eraser.
Pic related; it's a request I did back then. I used the pen tool for this, but that didn't fully do the job, so I put in an inner glow, 1 px size with about 35% range.
