In general, try to use sharp, single node points for the hair tips. Currently you have a mixture of rounded and sharp and it looks messy. The same applies to the blush lines, the eyefold lines, the eyebrow lines, and the jacket lines. Use the circle tool on the rounded objects to keep them clean and consistent. Even if you wish to make them more wobbly, you will have an easier time starting from the circle shape versus from scratch.
Consistency wise, you aren't too bad on the hair or the white part of the jacket. However, the blue front part of the jacket is very sporadic, as well as the face line going from very thick to very thin. Choose a thickness for a given object and try to keep it consistent within it's area. You also seem to be having a hard time distinguishing between what is a separate shape versus one shape entirely. For instance, the left ribbed part of the blue jacket covering her arm should have 3 separate shapes, similar to how the right side is done. Another example is the left pant leg, which should be two separate shapes. I would also smooth out the line for the blue part of the hoodie by using smooth nodes instead of sharp.
One final thing is to always put up a high contrasting background to check for color peeking. You got one big one on the right side of the face.
It really isn't too bad, but you chose a fairly messy image, lineart wise, which gave you a little bit more trouble than usual. If you work on a cleaner image, you should be able get a handle on what I mentioned above.
