The red circled areas, just remove them, they are so small they look like mistakes to those who have not worked on it.
The green circled areas, pick another color so it does not have that odd blue when it has a hard line like that. The bottom left just ease up on it because it makes it look really dark.
Blue circled areas have lines that got too thin.
Finally the eyes, just make them more vibrant, with it selected, choose the main color in the eye, select or open the color window, change it to HSB in its settings and adjust the middle line a very very tiny bit to the right, that is all you need to do to adjust the color.
