1- it looks like you've got some shadow bleeding onto your eyebrow, I'd look at that. Also, on the upstroke of the eyebrow, try and make it maybe a bit thinner, or more tapered towards the end. Try and make the beginning of her eyebrow more pointed. It looks a bit too rounded.
2- Your call, but you might want to connect that scarring. Artist's interpretation, really.
3- Instead of that flat line, finish up the hairline. You might have to freehand a bit.
4- This is just me, but the discrepancy between using the gradients and the flat lines was annoying me. If it were me, I'd either use all gradients or all flat lines.
5- Move that end point into the black line. It shouldn't be out there.
6- You might want to make that look a little cleaner. It looks too rounded and big.
7- Tongue shadow
8- The eye looks kinda weird, but then again, I can never get my eyes to look right either, so I can't really offer a suggestion.
Overall it looks pretty good. I think I see a few lines bleeding into where they shouldn't be, so it'd be nice if you could export something in ~3000x3000 so I can look closer. I'll definitely save this when you're done. I love Fate stuff, especially Seibah.
