In fact, you (if you're the same person who posted the other pic) almost had it on the first try, you had really just forgotten a tiny line delimiting her sleeve and arm. I drew it myself since it wasn't too hard (also retouched the shirt a little because you put these weird black things on each side which looked kinda strange).
