That's probably because I was the only one the used that CSS for a long time until I started sharing it (I'm not claiming it's mine though. Noha made it last summer and nobody really used it but me). The workspace label was taken from me and we both use the same foobar skin (It's become quite popular lately, not sure why). I can see why you think there is a lot in common but I don't really see it the same way you do.
If that anon is reading this though, you still haven't fixed the LIB label on foobar.
