Can't figure this out and I'm going crazy, so I'll ask you guys. I use a tiling WM (bug.n). When I have Firefox and some other window open, the margins on my tabs toolbar work fine, but when FIrefox is the only window open, the top margin stops working. I've tried editing the margins in #main-window[sizemode="normal"] #TabsToolbar and #main-window[sizemode="fullsized"] #TabsToolbar (as well as #main-window[sizemode="maximized"] #TabsToolbar) but no matter what I do the margins don't work out. Pic related might help my explanation.
