As for the clock I think just running it along the very top of the screen would look better unless you can match the curve along her head better.

Anyway as for the rice you have, its pretty basic, but in a good way. I would suggest a better looking clock. A custom made one that fits the theme always looks better than a pre made one from the store. What launcher are you using? that app drawer looks pretty nice.
