The faux glitch was fine but if you are going to be posting the image here it should be done with a vector effect rather then a raster effect since your image is now a raster not a vector.
When we ask for larger we are looking for at minimum of 5000px on a side not 1601.

You are also missing a lot of things from the image such as the highlight in the hair and the skirt.
