>Choose picture>Throw in stock icon apps in a banner position>screenshot>Add banner to align with icons in picture on PS (or picture editor of choice)>use that as background to make sure the apps are in the correct place>use PS to make icons at a tilted position>use invisible/transparent image as icon for the desktop appsSince they're transparent, the background will show. By using tilted icons on your background, they will look like they are the apps icons even though they're part of the wallpaper.
