Then "realism" is a matter of sizing and positioning her correctly.
The horizon line cuts though the car at about its roof line. So it has to cut through her at the same elevation on her body. Excluding her feet was a choice made to avoid making her too small.
Viewed close up, the scenery is noticeably 'blockier' than the girl -- but there's nothing I can do about that.
