You don't even need WSB to change your fonts, you just need to point the font the visual style uses by default to something else in your registry. Back your registry up first, of course. Basically, when windows looks for Segoe_UI or something else you just point it to whatever font you want to use. This is even true if you use MacType: You simply replace fonts in the advanced exceptions, and it will render over them.
It's difficult to change some font COLORS. Still, you can manage to change even that with hex editing.
