The double-circled places, while errors in and of themselves, are good thicknesses to get you going - the thickest line circled should be for the clothing, the middle for the skin, and the thinnest for the hair. The ribbon should be a thickness between the skin and the hair.
You'll noticed that I pointed some circles to a place - THAT is how your ends should look: parallel and EVEN, not the mis-mash like you have now.
The eyes are circled, because you should have just used the circle tool and saved yourself some headache.
You still have a lot to do, but remember that you do not have to rush to get it done...
